Privacy policy

Effective October 14, 2026.

What we collect

If you send a ride request through the form on this site, we receive what you type: your name and phone number, your email address if you give one, the ride, date and time you would like, the number of riders and their ages, and any comments you add. If you call or email instead, we receive whatever you choose to share. Like most websites, the server that delivers these pages also keeps standard technical logs, such as the IP address and browser type of each visit.

What we do with it

Ride request details are used for one thing: contacting you to confirm and arrange your ride. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else is involved

A few pieces of this site are delivered by outside services. The ride request form is sent by email from this website to the stables. The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the technical request for those files. The directions page can display an interactive Google map; when it loads, Google receives your device's requests and may use its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We do not run ad networks, and no third party collects information across other websites through this site on our behalf.

Reviewing or correcting your information

Want to see, correct or delete what you have sent us? Email stables@circlebarb.com or call 805-968-3901 and we will take care of it.

Do Not Track

This site does not track visitors across other websites, and it does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.

Kids

This site is meant for the adults planning a ride. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; ride requests should come from a parent or guardian.

Changes

If this policy materially changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
